NOTE: There will be the ability to register on-site for the Convention, in HALL A of the Anaheim Convention Center.

Onsite Registration Fees:
(online early bird registration fees will expire at 5:00 pm on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, and prices will increase for onsite registration)
Note: The following is a breakdown of à la carte costs.
All delegates must settle their registration and dues fees to be fully credentialed.
2025 DSCC Delegate Annual Dues: $75 | Onsite – $75
Convention Delegate Registration Fee ONLY: $125 | Onsite – $175
Convention Senior(65+)/Student Delegates Registration Fee ONLY: $60 | Onsite – $110

Proxy Information
To submit for proxy pre-approval, CLICK HERE for the 2025 CADEM State Convention Proxy Submission Portal.
Please submit the completed proxy form to the Proxy Submission Portal by completing the submission process and uploading the completed proxy form with the delegate’s wet signature.
Please review the Proxy Submission Portal for full directions and eligibility requirements to be a proxy.
ALL pre-approved proxies for review must be submitted by Friday, May 16, 2025.
ALL other proxy approvals after May 16, 2025, will be done onsite during *Credentialing/Registration hours.

Caucuses
CADEM Caucuses are chartered based on historically underrepresented communities in California as well as issues that are important to our Democratic Party Values.
To become a voting CADEM Caucus member, you can join each caucus you wish to be a member of now! This does not make you an automatic voting member, so you should reach out to the caucus chair to get more information on the caucus and their individual membership rules. You can find that info here.

Hotel Accommodations & Reservations

CDP 2025 Housing Request Form – Now Open to Non-Delegates Democrats

NOTE: The Housing request form will include the ability to request hotel reservations/features for persons with disabilities requiring an accessible hotel room.
All guests must present a credit card to the hotel at check-in for the remaining payment and incidentals. An alternative payment method may be used at check-in, and a refund for the first night’s room and tax will be credited back to the initial credit card.

Booking Process (NEW for 2025)
All reservations must be made using the CDP Housing Request Form—this is the only method to book within the Party’s block. Please do not contact Hilton Anaheim directly.

- Confirmation Emails Sent: No later than May 10, directly from Hilton Anaheim
- Minimum Stay: 2-night minimum required
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
- A non-refundable deposit of one night’s room & tax will be charged upon confirmation.
- Guests must provide a credit card at check-in for remaining payment & incidentals.
ADA Hotel Room Requests
- Requests for ADA features to accommodate persons with disabilities are now part of the Housing Request Form (no separate form).
- Dana Copeland will follow up with guests requesting housing accommodations.

Convention Observer Pass
Note: Non-Delegates who wish to be credentialed for the Saturday and Sunday General Sessions can do so by requesting an Observer Pass.
CDP Caucus meetings, Standing Committee meetings, trainings, and organizing actions during the Convention are open to all Democrats and do NOT need to be Credentialed.
