Culture change is not easy. While individuals can initiate change, no one person can do it alone. However, when communities rise together to embrace our diversity, the outcome leads towards a more inclusive environment that represents ALL of us.
The first phase of the CADEM Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) program begins at the Convention with our Training Extravaganza. We ask that you plan to participate in all four sessions as each builds upon the next.
