Online Early Registration for Delegates
Online Registration is Open December 8-January 28, 2026.

NOTE: There will be long lines during on-site registration. We encourage everyone to register online early to avoid lines and take advantage of our early-bird discount!

Onsite Registration Fees
Online early bird registration fees will expire at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, and prices will increase for on-site registration.
Note: The following is a breakdown of à la carte costs.
All delegates must settle their registration and dues fees to be fully credentialed.
2026 DSCC Delegate Annual Dues: $80 Online | $80 On-site
Convention Delegate Registration Fee ONLY: $135 Online | $195 On-site
Convention Senior(65+)/Student Delegates Registration Fee ONLY: $60 Online | $110 On-site

Official Hotel Reservation Information
The CADEM 2026 State Convention Hotel Reservation link will be available from December 8, 2025 – January 30, 2026, or until the block is sold out. Once the room block is full, a waitlist will be opened.

HOTEL BOOKING RULES & DEADLINES – PLEASE READ FIRST
- A minimum stay of two consecutive nights is required.
- A maximum of three rooms may be booked per name/email.
- A first-night room & tax deposit is required and is non-refundable.
- Once the room is confirmed by the hotel:
- The reservation cannot be canceled.
- It may be transferred to another guest.
- It may be modified, but must still meet the two-night minimum.
- All reservations must be secured by January 30, 2026.
- Final hotel confirmations will be issued by February 6, 2026.

If you require a hotel room with ADA-accessible features, do NOT use the general booking links. Standard rooms cannot be converted to ADA rooms later, and ADA rooms are not available through public booking.

Convention Observer Pass
Note: Non-delegates who wish to be credentialed for the Saturday and Sunday General Sessions can do so by requesting an Observer Pass.
Attendance at Caucus meetings, Standing Committee meetings, training sessions, and other Convention events is open to all Democrats and does not require credentials.
However, participation in the Saturday and Sunday General Sessions requires attendees to be registered and credentialed. Please be advised that certain Convention events may require separate tickets for entry.

Please Note: After December 19th, while the CDP office is closed for the December 22 – Jan 2, 2026, holiday, observer approval responses will be delayed until January 9th – January 12th. At that time, the CADEM Accounting Team ([email protected]) will notify the requester whether they have been approved, and upon that communication, a link to purchase the observer pass will be included.

Caucuses
CADEM Caucuses are chartered based on historically underrepresented communities in California as well as issues that are important to our Democratic Party Values.
To become a voting CADEM Caucus member, you can join any caucus you wish to be a member of now! This does not make you an automatic voting member, so you should reach out to the Caucus Chair to get more information on their individual membership rules. You can find that info here.
